Please wear whatever you’re comfortable with. We may ask you to undress to treat your specific areas of concern during your hands-on treatment portion, to your comfort level and with your consent. Always communicate with your therapist if you have any questions or concerns.

Yes, we are able to process direct billing to most insurance providers if requested. For your first massage, you will fill in an intake form. We will need your Policy Number, ID Number (or Member Certificate Number), your Birthdate, name of primary insurer if it isn’t you, and your full legal name.

At this time, we do not process ICBC and Worksafe (WCB) claims. However, a patient with an ICBC or WCB claim can still be treated. In order for this to happen patients must pay upfront for the treatments given on the day and the clinic will provide the official receipts needed for proof of treatment.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the appointment. This is because our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) reserves that time specifically for you, and a last-minute cancellation leaves a gap in their schedule that is difficult to fill.
Please note that if you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel late, you will be charged the full appointment fee, and insurance providers cannot cover this fee. We require a credit card on file for all bookings.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel online or call 778-861-6548 at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation/no show fees.

If you’re traveling by transit, you can reach us by taking the 116 Metrotown Station bus from Edmonds skytrain station.
To ensure that your treatment time is not compromised by travel, please allow sufficient time for transportation and try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Yes, there is free parking. Please park in any of the #100’s stalls.
Please do not park in any other # stalls.
The building is open from Monday to Friday, between 9AM and 5PM. During these hours, please enter through the main entrance and take a seat at the reception area. Your therapist will call you in when it’s time for your appointment.
If your appointment is scheduled outside of the building hours, you can wait near the side entrance for your therapist.
